Peak City Farms lives in an unexpected part of Apex, visible from Olive Chapel Road and only
two miles from the American Tobacco Trail. As Apex has grown, our vision for this land has also
evolved. We are about keeping local agriculture alive while celebrating Apex’s unprecedented
growth. We are doing that with fresh, locally sourced and accessible produce such as
microgreens, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers; all hydroponically grown onsite.
